Accessibility Statement

Commonwell is committed to making our software usable by everyone, including

people with disabilities. We design and test against the **Web Content

Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA**, and we work to meet the

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state accessibility

laws including the Unruh Civil Rights Act (California), the **New York State

Human Rights Law, and Colorado HB21-1110**.

Scope

This statement covers the Commonwell applications:

The public community websites that Commonwell renders also ship a built-in

accessibility toolbar (text resizing, high contrast, link highlighting, a

dyslexia-friendly font, reduced motion, and a large cursor) and their own

conformance statement.

caught before release.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some complex surfaces (such as the drag-and-

drop page editor) continue to be improved, and we welcome feedback. A keyboard

alternative is provided wherever a pointer-only interaction exists.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier or need content in a different format, contact your

community's board or administrator, or email us at support@commonwell.app.

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will work with you to

provide the information or functionality you need.
