Sub-processors

Commonwell uses the service providers below to run the Service. Each one processes personal data only to provide its service to us, under written terms that require appropriate security and confidentiality.

Current sub-processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States; global edge network): application hosting, database, file storage, queues, email delivery, content delivery and security, and AI processing for Concierge (Workers AI and AI Search).
Stripe, Inc. (United States): subscription billing, dues and vendor payments, payouts, and bank-account linking (Financial Connections).
Google LLC (United States): web font delivery (Google Fonts). Google receives visitors' IP addresses and browser details when fonts load.
Twilio Inc. (United States): SMS delivery, only for communities that use SMS and members who opt in.
Intuit Inc. (United States): QuickBooks Online accounting sync, only for communities that connect it.
Browser push services (Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Mozilla, depending on your browser): delivery of the web push notifications you choose to enable.

Changes to this list

We update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing personal data. Customers who want advance notice of changes, or who wish to object to a change, can email privacy@commonwell.app.
