Is there a per-resident or per-unit fee?
No. Every plan is unlimited members for one flat monthly price. The only limits are storage, email and SMS volume, and the number of communities.
How does the free trial work?
Block includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Set up your community, import your data, and subscribe only if it fits.
What does annual billing save?
Annual plans cost ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free: Block $390/yr, Neighborhood $990/yr, Estate $2,490/yr.
Does Commonwell take a cut of dues?
No. Commonwell takes 0% of dues; only standard payment processing fees apply, and payments deposit straight into your community's own bank account.
