Pricing questions
Is there a per-resident or per-unit fee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited members for one flat monthly price. Tiers differ by features and included storage, email, SMS, domain, and community capacity; optional add-ons and payment-processing fees are separate.
How does the free trial work?
The Block trial is temporarily unavailable while self-serve registration is paused. Request access and we will confirm onboarding and migration scope with you.
What does annual billing save?
Annual plans cost ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free: Block $390/yr, Neighborhood $990/yr, Estate $2,490/yr.
Does Commonwell take a cut of dues?
Commonwell takes a 0% platform cut. Stripe processes dues as direct charges on the community's connected account, where proceeds settle; configured Stripe processing fees still apply.
